Details we collect
The callback form collects your name, mobile number, property location, loan requirement and preferred call time. We also record your callback consent and campaign tags, where present, to understand which advertisement brought your enquiry.
Use and storage
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a call. Depending on the enabled services, the enquiry is delivered to our customer management system, form/email provider or lead sheet. A callback request is not a lender application. We discuss the next steps with you before proceeding with an application.
Optional features
Changing calculator values alone does not submit them. Submitting a calculator contact form sends the details you choose to share, including the calculator figures. If you open WhatsApp, its own privacy terms apply.
Website measurement
Google and Meta measurement tools may be used to understand website activity and advertising results. These providers may use cookies and device or browsing information. The callback conversion event does not include your name, mobile number or financial details.
